1 Initial consultation

• We meet with key stakeholders within your organization to fully understand your goals both long-term and short-term.

2  Design a coaching solution

• Depending on your needs, we custom-tailor a program based on your leadership development needs

3   Assemble the best team

• We will put together a team of at least 2 coaches from our pool of multi-national and multi-lingual choices (all ICF accredited). We’ll offer you an up-front complimentary “chemistry session” so you can decide the best fit.
• Throughout the process, we will monitor the progress of the coaching sessions and provide feedback reports upon request.
