My name is Fatima Nakhjavanpur and I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by the world renowned Coaching Training Institute (CTI).

My main area of focus is career coaching. As a career coach I help individuals to evaluate different career choices, find a suitable career based on their strengths, develop leadership skills, self confidence, increase performance and improve communication skills.

My work brings balance and stability to my clients and I have the tools that enable them to identify their goals, find what is missing, and design a road map that would lead them to their destination.

Living in Dubai for the past 26 years, I have acquired the qualities needed to be culturally and ethnically sensitive towards people with whom I am in contact. I am fluent in English, French and Persian.

I am an accredited member of International Coach Federation which is the most reputed organization to evaluate coaching degrees. I have also been hosted on Dubai Eye Radio on different occasions discussing the benefits of coaching.
